50 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Brandenburg & Rees, LLP is seeking a experienced and extremely organized professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, responding directly to clients' requests, and supporting a fast-paced organization.
This is a part-time position with work hours from Monday through Thursday from 8:

Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and greets visitors.
Accurately maintains calendar including appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
Drafts a variety of legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
Responsible for file organization.
E-files court documents electronically.
Assists with organization of documents responsive to discovery requests.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Performs other administrative tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
3 years of administrative assistant experience Knowledge of appropriate software including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
College degree (Preferred) Job Type:
